Are you feeling depressed or anxious?
We call this Mental Health Treatment
Mental Health care can be helpful when you are depressed, anxious or struggling through each day.
Treatment options include:
Outpatient Treatment
Individual Therapy – aka talk therapy, one on one counseling with a licensed therapist.
Psychiatry
One on one meeting with a psychiatrist, who is a MD or psychiatric nurse practitioner who can both prescribed medications to treat mental health symptoms.
Intensive outpatient Mental Health Treatment options include:
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive outpatient program (IOP)
Therapy in a group setting with others experiencing similar mental health concerns and meet a few times a week, over the course of 2 months.
Inpatient psychiatric Treatment
A facility that has round-the-clock care for individuals experiencing severe mental health symptoms or having a mental health crisis.
